Batch Controller System

The batch filling control system consists of a quantitative control box, flow meter, solenoid valve, and water pump, offering three quantitative control modes: controlling the water pump, controlling the valve, and dual control of both the water pump and solenoid valve. It is suitable for applications such as quantitative water addition, material dispensing, and filling. The button-operated control box allows for one-touch start, stop, and reset, ensuring convenient operation. It supports RS485/4-20mA signal input, allows for cumulative report querying, and can be customized with an explosion-proof model, making it practical and efficient.
