Circular Gear Flow Meter

Gear flow meters are high-precision positive displacement flow transmitters designed for flow monitoring and quantitative control of low-flow, high-viscosity liquids. They utilize a precision-meshing gear structure at their core, separating and measuring the fluid through gear rotation.  Combined with non-contact scanning technology, each gear tooth generates a pulse, resulting in extremely high resolution. They support various output methods including pulse, 4-20mA, and Modbus, and are widely used in fuel dispensing, chemical injection, hydraulic systems, and batch processing in the petroleum, food, and pharmaceutical industries.
